Ramseeker reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Ramseeker also reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Ramseeker’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Ramseeker does not control or endorse the content,
messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Ramseeker specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Jurisdiction

The Ramseeker web site is administered by Ramseeker Inc. from its offices in Canada. The use of the site and these terms, conditions and notices will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the site shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. You submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario to finally adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the site.
